Get more reviews. Learn what they're telling you. Fix it, and know it worked

Ask every customer for a review with a QR code or a one-tap link. ResponiQ reads what comes back, tells you what people keep raising and what is just noise, and gives you two or three things worth doing this week, then measures whether they worked.

Getting more reviews

The cheapest way to raise your score is more recent reviews

Rating is mostly a volume and recency problem. Every tool below exists to make asking effortless, and to tell you which one is actually working.

Feedback flow

A short link or QR that asks for a quick rating. Everyone is offered the same Google link whatever they score. Anyone unhappy is also asked what went wrong, privately, so you hear it in minutes instead of reading it on your listing.

QR codes

One per location, for the counter, receipt or door. A customer scans and lands straight on your Google review page. Per-location, so you can see which site actually generates reviews.

One-tap request links

A short link to send by email once a visit is done. One tap from the message to the Google review box, no searching.

Website widget

An embeddable badge pulling your live rating and recent reviews onto your own site, so the reviews you earn work twice.

Review goals and velocity

Set a target and a deadline. We track reviews per week per location, so you can tell whether any of this is working rather than guessing.

Everyone gets asked, not just the happy ones

Some tools only send the Google link to customers who rate you well. We send it to everyone, and quietly ask the unhappy ones what went wrong first. You still hear the bad news early, and the reviews you build up are the real ones.

Review Intelligence

Know why your rating moved, and what to fix first.

Every review is read and scored, then rolled up into the handful of things worth your attention. You get the reason behind the number, not another chart to interpret.

Written for your industry

Reviews are scored on the dimensions that matter to your category: food quality and wait time for restaurants, treatment quality and privacy for clinics.

It tells you when not to worry

Three complaints in a quiet week is not a trend. Anything too thin to be real is labelled as such instead of being dressed up as a percentage.

Ends with a short list, not a dashboard

Every period closes with a handful of specific actions, ranked, each tied to the thing it should improve.

Everything the analytics answer

Five questions, answered every period, for every location.

What changed?

  • Rating trend by week or month
  • Review volume and velocity
  • Response rate and average reply time
  • Overall health score

Why did it change?

  • Scores across your industry's key dimensions
  • Operational topics customers keep raising
  • Trends separated from statistical noise
  • Period-over-period comparison

What should we do?

  • Ranked actions each period
  • Written summary of what happened
  • Alerts for health, safety and legal mentions
  • Sudden-drop warnings

Did it work?

  • Mark an action as underway
  • Your starting point is recorded
  • Measured against later reviews
  • Reported plainly, wins and misses

How do we compare?

  • Local competitor ratings, updated nightly
  • Where you lead and where you trail
  • Ranking across your locations
  • Best and worst performers by theme

Competitor benchmarking and cross-location ranking are on Pro. Everything else is on every plan.

Unanswered reviews signal to Google that your business isn't paying attention. And customers notice.

Most owners find out too late, buried under reviews they never had time to answer. ResponiQ changes that.

AI Response Drafting

A perfect reply, ready before you've finished your coffee.

ResponiQ watches your Google reviews around the clock, then drafts a response that sounds exactly like you. No templates, no copy-paste.

Brand voice training

Set your tone, the phrases to use and avoid, and how to handle negative reviews. You do it once, and every draft reflects it.

Human-in-the-loop approval

Every draft waits for you. Edit inline or publish as-is. You stay in control without doing the heavy lifting.

Overdue indicators

Reviews that sit too long turn amber, then red, so none of them slip past you.

Best meal we have had all year. The staff went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner feel special.

AI draft response

Thank you, Dana! Hearing that our team made your anniversary feel special is the best thing we could read this morning. We would love to have you both back soon.

Really knowledgeable team and I felt listened to. Front desk was a little slow on my first visit.

AI draft response

Thank you for taking the time to write this, Marcus. We appreciate the kind words about the team, and you are right that our front desk can get busy first thing. We are working on it.

Waited forty minutes past my appointment time and nobody said anything. Expected better for the price.

The honest comparison

ChatGPT can write a reply. It can't tell you what to fix.

Paste a review into ChatGPT and you will get a good reply. Paste the next one and it will not remember the first, or that four people this month all mentioned the wait. Google is testing AI replies of its own, and those will not remember either. Drafting is becoming free, and that is fine. It was never the part that moved your rating.

Writes one good reply

Reads every review the same way, every time

You copy, paste, and switch tabs

Replies publish to Google from here, once you approve

Forgets the last one

Tracks what keeps coming up, across months and locations

Calls three mentions a 67% increase

Says plainly when a change is too thin to be real

Cannot tell you if anything improved

Records where you started, then measures whether it moved

If wording a reply is the only help you want, ChatGPT does it well, and we would rather say so than sell you something you do not need. We draft replies because you are already here. The part you are actually paying for comes after: knowing what your customers keep raising, and whether the thing you changed worked.

AI Intelligence Layer

When something urgent happens, you'll know immediately.

ResponiQ watches every review for escalation signals, summarises your week, and scores the health of each location, so you always know what needs attention.

Escalation Flagging

AI reads every review for health & safety concerns, legal signals, and highly distressed customers, then alerts you before things escalate.

A strong week overall. Food quality remains your standout strength, while peak-hour wait times keep drawing complaints and are the clearest thing to fix next.

How it works

Set up once. Answers every week.

ResponiQ handles the full review lifecycle, from monitoring to publishing, so you can focus on running your business.

01

Connect Google, then start asking

One OAuth flow, under two minutes. We pull up to a year of review history so your first dashboard has real trends in it, and you get a QR code and request link per location so customers can leave a review in one tap.

02

We read every review and tell you what changed

Each review is scored on the dimensions that matter to your industry. You get a short written summary of what moved and why, with anything too thin to be real labelled as such instead of dressed up as a trend.

03

Act on the short list, then see if it worked

Each period ends with a handful of ranked actions. Mark one as underway and we record where you started, then measure the same score afterwards and tell you plainly whether it moved. Replies are drafted in your voice throughout.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know

Yes. During onboarding you set your brand voice (tone, style, what to avoid), and the AI uses this for every draft. You can also regenerate any response up to 5 times if the first draft isn't right.

Google Business Profile today. Support for other major review sites is planned. Tell us which one matters most to your business and it moves up the list.

For the replies alone, yes, and if that is all you need then you should. ResponiQ drafts replies because you are already here, not because drafting is the hard part. The hard part is noticing that four separate people mentioned parking this month, deciding whether that is a real pattern or a coincidence, and knowing three months later whether the change you made helped. That is what the rest of the product does.

Yes, and it is built for it. Every reply draft carries a privacy rule that cannot be switched off: it will never confirm that someone was a patient, never reference a condition or treatment, and never repeat clinical detail from a review, even when the reviewer volunteered it themselves. You still approve every reply before it publishes.

Each plan includes a set number of locations. On Pro, additional locations beyond the included 3 are billed at a flat $29 per extra location per month. The pricing slider above shows your exact price as you adjust your location count, with no surprises.

On Starter, yes. You review and send each response manually. Pro and Enterprise customers can enable auto-approve for reviews above a star threshold you set.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your account settings at any time, and your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.

Review data is used only to generate responses for your business. It is never shared with other customers or used to train AI models, and it is encrypted in transit and at rest.
